FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 3) 1992.

Citation

Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1992. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty

Regulation 3A amended

3.      Regulation 3A of the principal reg.ulations is amended by deleting "Credit

Union Treasury Management Pty Ltd" and substituting the following —

a

Credit Union Financial Services (Australia) Ltd ".

Regulation 5A repealed

4.      Regulation 5A of the principal regulations is repealed.

Regulation 7A amended

5.      Reg.ulation 7A of the principal reg.ulations is amended by deleting "Credit

Union Treasury Management Pty Ltd" and substituting the following —

a

Credit Union Financial Services (Australia) Ltd ".

Regulation 7B amended

6.      Regulation 7B of the principal regulations is amended —

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

(a)

by deleting "Credit Union Treasury Management Pty Ltd" in both following — places where it occurs and substituting, in each case, the

" Credit Union Financial Services (Australia) Ltd
(b) by deleting "or" after paragraph (b);
(c)
the following — by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) and substituting

a

; or "; and

(d) by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph —

it

(d) amounts transferred to its special account, from an account in a State or Territory that has a corresponding law, by Credit Union Financial Services (Australia) Ltd that balance the special account, a
