FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3)

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty Amend-

ment Regulations (No. 3) 1991.
Regulation 13 amended
2. Regulation 13 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1984* is

amended by deleting "14%" and substituting the following-

12% ".
