FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Regulation 13 amended

2.     Regulation 13 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1984* is

amended by deleting "8%" and substituting the following —

" 6% per annum ".
