Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1992.

Regulation 13 amended

2.     Regulation 13 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1984* is

amended by deleting "8.5%" and substituting the following —
