FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2)

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1991.

Commencement
2. These regulations shall come into operation on the day on which the

Financial Institutions Duty Amendment Act 1991 comes into operation.

Regulation 7F inserted
3. The Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1984* are amended by inserting

after regulation 7E the following regulation—

Prescription under section 13 (14) (h)

" 7F. The Legal Contribution Trust, T.C.S. Computer Services Pty. Ltd. and Cuatm Pty Ltd are persons prescribed for the purposes of section 13 (14) of the Act. ".
