Financial Institutions Duty Amendment Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Financial Institutions Duty Act 1986 .4 May 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty Amendment Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1986 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 6A amended (Prescribed persons for the purposes of section 31(11)(g) of Act)Regulation 6A of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (c) the following paragraph: (ca) the Tasmanian Public Finance Corporation;
