FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DUTY AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Financial Institutions Duty

Amendment Regulations 1993.

Regulation 5 amended

2.     Regulation 5 of the Financial Institutions Duty Regulations 1984* is

amended in subregulation (2) —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "Social Security Act 1947" and substituting the following —

Social Security Act 1991 If

(b)	by deleting "or" after paragraph (a);
(c)	by deleting the full stop after paragraph (b) and substituting the following —

di ; Or "; and

(d) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph —

ft

(c) farm household support under the Farm

Household Support Act 1992	of the
Commonwealth.
