AN ACT to revive and continue the operation of section 76 of the Financial Institutions Duty Act 1983.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

(b)	shall be deemed to have been in operation from 31 December 1984; and
(c)	shall continue in operation until 1 June 1985 when it shall expire.
