Jindelara Cottage—Permanent Accommodation

To fund the refurbishment and construction of permanent accommodation at Jindelara Cottage for people with disabilities, as a measure to give effect to Australia’s obligation under the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, particularly Articles 4, 9, 19 and 28.

Sustain myGov

To provide funding for the continued operation and maintenance of the online platform known as myGov, including to enable the use of myGov to access Commonwealth, State and Territory services.

Disability Worker COVID‑19 Leave Payments

To provide, as a sickness benefit (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxiiiA) of the Constitution), payments to individuals (through the reimbursement of payments made by an individual’s employer) who:

(a) provide close personal support to National Disability Insurance Scheme participants; and

(b) are unable to earn their usual income due to testing positive for the coronavirus known as COVID‑19; and

(c) have, or had, no available paid leave entitlements to cover the period of their inability to earn their usual income.
