This instrument is the
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Prime Minister and Cabinet Measures No. 11) Regulations 2021 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

In the appropriate position in Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table) Insert:
528 | Preparing Australian Communities Program—Projects of Local Significance | To support measures to improve the resilience of Australian communities against natural disasters, including by reducing the impact of such disasters when they occur. This objective has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures:

529 | Territories Stolen Generations Redress Scheme | To establish and maintain a scheme known as the Territories Stolen Generations Redress Schemeto provide benefits and promote healing in relation to removals that took place in the Northern Territory prior to self‑government, the Australian Capital Territory prior to self‑government or the Jervis Bay Territory, including by funding the following activities: (a) making payments to:
(b) providing direct personal responses;
as a measure with respect to Indigenous Australians and particular groups of Indigenous Australians. This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures undertaken in, or in relation to, a Territory. |
