Insert:

General Practitioners Healthy Heart Partnership

To fund the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners to develop education and training material for general practitioners and their patients.

This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures:

(a) giving effect to Australia’s obligations under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, particularly Articles 2 and 12; or

(b) providing, or incidental to the provision of, medical services (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxiiiA) of the Constitution); or

(c) in connection with electronic communications.

Prime Minister’s Walk for Life Challenge

To fund the Prime Minister’s Walk for Life Challenge.

This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures giving effect to Australia’s obligations under:

(a) the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, particularly Articles 2 and 12; or

(b) the Convention on the Rights of the Child, particularly Articles 4, 24 and 29.
