Vietnamese labour mobility for work in relation to primary industries in Australia

To support a mobility program that assists citizens of Vietnam to take up temporary seasonal and non‑seasonal work opportunities in, or in relation to, primary industries in Australia.

This objective has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures:

(a) with respect to aliens (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xix) of the Constitution); or

(b) with respect to external affairs (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxix) of the Constitution).

Pacific Engagement Visa

To fund a broad range of services to support citizens of Pacific Island countries and Timor‑Leste and members of their immediate family to find employment and settle in Australia.

This objective has the effect it would have if it were limited to measures:

(a) with respect to aliens (within the meaning of paragraph 51(xix) of the Constitution); or

(b) with respect to immigration or emigration.
