(b) be self‑reliant and participate in the labour market;

as measures:

(c) involved with the provision of family allowances and child endowment within the meaning of paragraph 51(xxiiiA) of the Constitution; or

(d) involving the exercise of the executive power in administering the laws of the Commonwealth; or

(e) promoting full, productive and freely chosen employment; or

(f) providing a free public employment service; or

(g) providing technical and vocational guidance and training programs to enable persons to realise the right to work.
