1Name

This instrument is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Defence Measures No. 2) Regulations 2017.

2Commencement

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

   In the appropriate position in Part 3 of Schedule 1AB (table)

Insert:

22 Grant to the Australian International Military Games Limited To fund the Australian International Military Games Limited to plan, oversee, deliver and promote the 2018 Invictus Games in Sydney for the benefit of the following: (a) current and former members of the Australia Defence Force, and foreign armed forces, who were injured or wounded, or became ill, as a result of rendering military service; (b) the families and carers of those members.
