This instrument is the
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (Attorney-General’s Portfolio Measures No. 1) Regulations 2019 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the
Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 114, column headed “Objective(s)”) Omit “support to women”, substitute “support, including financial support services, to women”.

Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 114, column headed “Objective(s)”, paragraph (b) (first occurring)) Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(b) the establishment of health justice partnerships to facilitate women and children presenting at selected health facilities to access assistance relating to domestic violence, including by:
(i) training health professionals to identify and respond to domestic violence; and
(ii) providing legal and other forms of support.

Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 114, column headed “Objective(s)”, paragraph (b) (second occurring)) Omit “Article 19”, substitute “Articles 4 and 19”.

Part 4 of Schedule 1AB (table item 185, column headed “Objective(s)”, subparagraph (a)(i)) After “issues”, insert “, including by way of mediation services in relation to property matters”.
