1Name

This is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (2015 Measures No. 5) Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

(1)Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Add:

84 Home Insulation Program Industry Payment Scheme To provide discretionary payments to home insulation installation businesses that suffered adverse financial impacts as a direct result of the administration (including the termination) of the Home Insulation Program, to give effect to recommendations of the Royal Commission into the Home Insulation Program.
