1Name

This is the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Amendment (2015 Measures No. 2) Regulation 2015.

2Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This instrument is made under the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Add:

6 Grant to GCFC Limited (ACN 144 555 822) To fund the construction of a replacement training and administration base for the Gold Coast Suns Australian Football League team at Metricon Stadium so as to enable the site of the team’s existing training and administration base to be used in connection with City of Gold Coast’s hosting of the 2018 Commonwealth Games, a sports initiative of national significance.
