AN ACT to impose and fix the rate of a Tax to be called the Financial Emergency Tax upon income, salary, and wages.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Westernby and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

This Act may be cited as the Financial Emergency Tax Act, 1935, and shall come into operation and have effect as from and including the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six.

1932, with its amendments is incorporated with and shall

be read as one with this Act.
