AN ACT to continue the operation of the Financial Emergency Act, 1934 as amended by the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act, 1935.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, a.s follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one with

the Financial Emergency Act, 1934 (No. 1 of 1934 as amended by the Acts No. 26 of 1934, No. 19 of 1935, No. 18 of 1936, No. 17 of 1937, No. 25 of 1938, No. 10 of 1939, No. 27 of 1940, No. 24 of 1941, No. 32 of 1942, No. 8 of 1943 and No. 8 of 1944), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Section seventeen of the principal Act (as last ing the words "the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five" and inserting in lieu thereof of the words "the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six."
