AN ACT to continue the operation of the Financial Emergency Act, 1934, as amended by the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act, 1935.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1942.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act, 1942, and shall be read as one with

the Financial Emergency Act, 1934 (No. 1 of 1934), (as amended by the Acts No. 26 of 1934, No. 19 of 1935, No. 18 of 1936, No. 17 of 1937, No. 25 of 1938, No. 10 of 1939, No. 27 of 1940, and No. 24 of 1941), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
