AN ACT to amend the Financial Emergency Act, 1934, and to make certain provision in relation to superannuation allowances affected by the said Aet.

1. This Act may be cited as the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act, 1935, and shall be read as one with Short title.

amended by the Act No. 26 of 1934, hereinafter referred
to as the principal Act.

2. As from and including the first day of January, Repeal of cer- tain provisions

one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the whole of Part II., the whole of Part III., and the whole of Part IV. of the principal Act, and the Schedule to the prin- cipal Act, shall be and are hereby repealed.

3.    Section seventeen of the principal Act (as amended Amendment

by section five of the Act No. 26 of 1934) is amended by of s. 17.

deleting the words "thirty-five" and inserting in lieu

thereof the words "thirty-six."
