I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Financial Corporations Act 1974.

Registered corporations to furnish statements of assets and liabilities

Regulation 3 of the Financial Corporations (Initial Returns) Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “and to the Statistician”.
