130 ( 1tCE1tshtxtb ANNO VICESIMO SEPTIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 16 of 1978 An Act to repeal The Financial Arrangements and Development Aid Act of 1942 , - Part VI of The Co-ordination of Rural Advances and Agricultural Bank Acts and Other Acts Amendment Act of 1944, Part III of The Co-ordination of Rural Advances and Agricultural Bank Acts and Other Acts Amendment Act of 1945 and The Financial Arrangements and Development Aid Acts Amendment Act of 1947 [ ASSENTED TO 2ND JUNE, 1978] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Financial Arrangements and Development Aid Acts Repeal Act 1978. 2. Repeals. Each Act specified in the first column of the following Table is repealed to the extent indicated in the second column of that Table opposite the reference to such Act.

Savings . The repeal of the Act first specified in the Table set out in section 2- (a) shall not affect the continued operation of section 72A of the Stamp Act1894-1976; (b) shall not affect the operation of any provision therein for the citation of any other Act amended by it.
