Financial and Performance Management Amendment Standard (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This standard may be cited as the Financial and Performance Management Amendment Standard (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Standard amended This standard amends the Financial and Performance Management Standard 2009. 3 Amendment of s 60 (Treasurer’s approval—Act, s 88) (1) Section 60, heading, ‘s 88’— omit, insert— ss 88 and 88A (2) Section 60— insert— (d) if section 88A of the Act applies—take a proposed action in relation to a company.
