Financial and Allowance Regulations (Provisional) for the Naval Forces of the Commonwealth.

Regulation 1—
Cancel, as from 1st August, 1915, definition of “Minister” andsubstitute the following in lieu thereof:—“‘Minister’ means the Minister of State administering the
Naval Defence Act 1910-1912.”

Regulation 31—
Cancel (III.), “Naval Dockyard Account,” andsubstitute the following in lieu thereof, as from 1st July, 1915:—“(III.). Naval Dockyard Account—
The purpose of this Trust Fund is defined as follows:—Payment for labour, material, and all other expenditure at the Commonwealth Naval Dockyard.”
