PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACTS 1903–1904.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over theCommonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulations under the Defence Acts 1903–1904 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulations to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Amendments.

Paragraph 37.—Delete the words from “Clause 7o” to the end of the paragraph, and substitute therefor:—

“Treasury Regulation 137.”

Paragraph 39.—Delete the words from “Clause 7o” to the end of the paragraph, and substitute therefor:—

“Treasury Regulation 137.”

Paragraph 41.—Delete the words “Public Service Regulation,” and substitute therefor:—

“Treasury Regulation.”
