GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of

a ).Provisions.
1½ lbs. bread or 1 lb. of biscuit.
1½ lbs. fresh meat or 1 lb. preserved meat or salt fish.
¾ oz. coffee.
1-32 oz. pepper.
8 ozs. mixed vegetables, or 2 ozs. cheese, or 1/6 lb. Jam.
1 lb. potatoes.
3 ozs. sugar.
½ oz. salt.
and
