Financial and Allowance Regulations forthe Military Forces of the Commonwealth—Regulation 130—Addition.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over
the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation

FINANCIAL AND ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS FOR THE MILITARY FORCES OF THE COMMONWEALTH.
Addition.
Regulation 130—Add new paragraph:—
“(
e ) So far as Adjutants, also Staff Officers to Intelligence Corps, are concerned, the above method of payment shall not apply, but these officers shall be paid in accordance with Financial Regulation 127, and, beyond the rate of £60 referred to therein, no further militia pay shall be drawn by them.
