PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1912.

Financial and Allowance Regulations for the Military Forces of the commonwealth—regulation 166—amendment.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and overthe Commonwealth ofAustralia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1912 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Dated this eleventh day of March, One thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

FINANCIAL AND ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS FOR THE MILITARY FORCES OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

Amendment.

Regulation 166—Paragraph (r), which reads:—

“(r). When travelling on duty by sea or rail, unaccompanied by a Staff Officer, the Inspector-General will be entitled to reserve a two-berth cabin or compartment on such journeys as involve night travelling,”

 is cancelled.
