Add after paragraph 224—
“N.B.—When a medical officer is required for above services, and no officer of the Australian Army Medical Corps is available for the duty, a Civilian Medical Practitioner may be specially employed, on the recommendation of the Principal Medical Officer and the approval of the District Commandant.”
