In Regulation 66 (
a )—
For— “The married establishment shall include all sergeants and higher ranks not drawing consolidated pay, and 10 per cent. of the rank and file not drawing consolidated pay.”
Substitute— “All married non-commissioned officers and men, not drawing consolidated pay, who have served for three years in the Permanent Forces shall be entitled to be placed on the Married Establishment.”
