PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1910.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1910 should come into immediate operation, and further, should be taken to have come into operation on the First day of March, 1911, and make the Regulation to come into operation accordingly as a Provisional Regulation.

FINANCIAL AND ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR THE MILITARY FORCES OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

Addition.

At end of Regulation 85 add the following:—

85(a) Special School of Instruction for the Training of an Instructional Staff of Non-Commissioned Officers.

Persons appointed to the Special School of Instruction (Defence Act 21 B.) for the training of an Instructional Staff of Non-Commissioned Officers shall be granted pay at the minimum rate prescribed for Non-Commissioned Officers of the Instructional Staff (Regulation 85) together with uniform and rations or allowance in lieu, as may be approved by the Minister.
