Amendment to Financial Regulation 116.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over
the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation

Regulation 116—
The last sentence, viz.:— “Articles of uniform, equipment or accoutrements for officers are not to be purchased from Clothing or Corps Contingent Funds.” is cancelled.
