REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation on and from 1st July, 1924.

Financial and Allowance Regulations for the Australian Military Forces and Senior Cadets, 1921.

(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 82, as amended to this date.)

Amendments.

Delete “.” at the end of regulation, 51 and add the following proviso:—

“; provided also that the effect of any periods of deferment approved before 1st July, 1924, of increments except those relating to failure to pass an examination for promotion shall be included in reckoning service for the purposes of this regulation.”
