REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1918, to come into operation forthwith.

Financial and Allowance Regulations for the Australian Military Forces and Senior Cadets.

(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 82, as amended to this date.)

Amendments.

A. Sub-regulation (b) of regulation 104 is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—

“(b) To each qualified ‘Specialist’ of the Field or Garrison Artillery in accordance with the numbers in the authorized establishments.”

B. Sub-regulation (b) of regulation 122 is amended by inserting the following sub-paragraph:—

“(iii) Commanding Officers, Australian Garrison Artillery whose command consists of two or more batteries.”

C. Sub-regulation (9) of regulation 141 is cancelled, and the following substituted therefor:—

“(9) Expenses incidental to Home Training parades, Inspections, and to the repair of targets on charge to military units.”

D. Sub-regulation (b) of regulation 219 is repealed.
