A C T 1903-1918.

I, T H E

G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L

in and over

the Commonwealth

of

Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council,

hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence

Act 1903-1918,

to come into operation forthwith.

AMENDMENT

OF FINANCIAL

AND A L L O W A N C E

REGULATIONS.

Financial and Allowance Regulations for the Australian Military

Forces and Senior Cadets are amended as fol lows:—

(1 ) Regulation 73 is amended by adding thereto the following

sub-paragraph:—

" ( v )

Provided further that periods during which a member has served in the Australian Imperial Force may be allowed to count towards the prescribed period of three years above mentioned."

(2 ) Regulation 167 is amended by inserting next after the word

" 5 s. "

the words " o r such lesser amount

as the Minister may

determine."
