STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendment of Financial and Allowance Regulations.

Sub-regulation (
“Provided further that in the event of the ordinary Camps of Training or Camps in lieu thereof not being held members of Militia Staffs may, on the approval of the Minister, receive payment for the period prescribed in regulation 340 subject to the provisions of sub-regulation (
b ) of this regulation.”
(3) Sub-regulation (2) of regulation 345 is amended by adding thereto the following words: To take effect as from 28th November, 1918:—
“Provided however that in the event of the ordinary Camps of Training or Camps in lieu thereof not being held members of Militia Staffs may on the approval of the Minister receive payment for the period prescribed in regulation 340 subject to the provisions of sub-regulation
(b) of regulation 130.”
