Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This Act may be cited as the Financial Agreement Act 1994.

Part 2    Approval of 1994 Financial Agreement

2   Approval

(1)This section applies to the agreement between the Commonwealth and States called the 1994 Financial Agreement.

(2)A copy of the agreement is set out in the schedule.

(3)The agreement is approved.
