Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations

2.    Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which section 160 of the Workers' Compensation Reform Act 2004 comes into operation.

3.      The Act amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Financial
Administration and Audit Act 1985*.

4.      Schedule 1 amended

Schedule I is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position -
