Regulations (No. 3) 2001

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985*
is amended by deleting "Great Southern Regional College of
TAFE" and inserting instead —

" Great Southern TAFE ".

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council under section 4(2) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 3) 2001.
