Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 3) 1999.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985*
is amended by deleting "Hedland College" and inserting after
"Dried Fruits Board" —

" Eastern Pilbara College of TAPE ".
