• STATUTORY.AUTHORITIES) REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration and

Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations (No. 3) 1992.

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Schedule 1 of the Act amended

2. Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985 is

amended by deleting the following —

(a) "Honey Pool of Western Australia"; and
(b) "Secret Harbour Management Trust".
