Regulations (No. 2) 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the
Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Financial Administration and Audit
(Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations (No. 2) 2005.

2.             The Act amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Financial
Administration and Audit Act 1985*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting “Eastern Pilbara College of TAFE” and “West Pilbara College of TAFE”;
(b)	by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position —

“ Pilbara TAFE ”.
