Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 2) 2004.

2.            The Act amended

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "Central West College of TAFE" and " Central West TAFE ";

(b)

by deleting "Kimberley College of TAFE" and inserting " Kimberley TAFE '';

(c)

by deleting "West Coast College of TAFE" and " West Coast TAFE ".
