(Designation of Statutory Authorities)

Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council under section 4(2) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 2) 2001.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985*
is amended by inserting after “Curtin University of
Technology” —

“ CY O’Connor College of TAFE ”.
