Made by the Administrator in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 2) 2000.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985*
is amended by deleting “Central Metropolitan College of
TAFE” and inserting instead —

“ Central TAFE ”.
