Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the
Act.

1.            Citation

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 2) 1999.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985* is amended by deleting "Commission on Government".
