Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
(No. 2) 1998.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 of the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985* is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the item "North Metropolitan College of TAFE";
(b)	by inserting the following item in the appropriate alphabetical position —
" West Coast College of TAFE ".
