Financial Administration and Audit

(Designation of Statutory Authorities)

Regulations 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive
Council under section 4(2) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial
Administration and Audit (Designation of Statutory
Authorities) Regulations 2002.

2.            The Act amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Financial
Administration and Audit Act 1985*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended by inserting the following in the appropriate alphabetical position —

" Swan Bells Foundation Incorporated ".
