Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 4(2) of the
Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Financial Administration
and Audit (Designation of Statutory Authorities) Regulations
2001.

2. Schedule 1 to the Act amended

Schedule 1 to the Financial Administration and Audit Act 1985* is amended by deleting “South Metropolitan College of TAFE” and inserting after “Central West College of TAFE” —

“ Challenger TAFE ”.
